Ian has been with Omni since March 2014. In that time, he has helped clients overcome a wide range of technical support issues as well as collaborated with clients on the implementation of new software and hardware products. The thing Ian appreciates most about his job are learning new things and helping clients resolve issues.

In his time away from Omni, Ian can be found spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys video games and volunteering his technical expertise at a local high school. Ian is a roller coaster enthusiast and looks forward to spending time at theme parks each summer.

We worked with their new internet provider to replace the park wide wireless network utilizing less backbone equipment than was implemented by a previous provider.
