How We Do It
Blind date time! Just kidding... but really, at this point we have both scoped each other out on the internet, asked friends for testimonials, exchanged a few messages, and committed to a meeting to learn more.
During this discovery meeting or call, we will ask questions to learn what you hope to get out of this partnership and how we can help you achieve your growth goals.
We work with you to create a high-level proposal of work to be completed and define goals for your project. Once we both sign on the dotted line, the real work begins!
Success is a team effort. We rely on your feedback and expertise in order to create the best possible strategy for your business. Based on input from you and your team, we begin to craft the project plan. We share a timeline of events so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. Although some projects will require more flexibility, we try to be as transparent and structured as possible.
After the project plan is complete, we get to work building out each work package. During this phase we will create all project deliverables and begin to see results.
Throughout the project we will keep you and your team informed of progress updates and changes we make to improve upon the project plan.

During the final stages of our project we will complete a thorough internal QA of all deliverables and verify that all project objectives have been met. This marks the end of our project.
Then we repeat the process to reach new and more ambitious goals. Huzzah!
